Assaf Parker leads the field of technological innovation at the Ministry of Health. In his role, he develops entry channels for innovative technologies into the healthcare system by formulating national-level strategic programs and incentive models designed to accelerate innovation, improve quality of care, and increase system-wide efficiency.
Currently, Assaf and his team are leading the development of the national strategy for artificial intelligence in healthcare. These efforts include, among other initiatives, the launch of the first AI Regulatory Sandbox within the healthcare system, alongside collaboration with experts to formulate guidelines for the safe and effective implementation of AI tools in medical services.

Talor Sax is the founder of eHealth Ventures. As part of his role, he raised two funds from investors from all over the world. Talor is also a founder and chairman of Club-D, an investor club established in collaboration with the Israel Medical Association (IMA) with the aim of promoting innovation and investments in medical startups in Israel.
