Ruthy has been with Microsoft for over 10 years in leadership roles including regional  healthcare management, leading partnerships with technology partners, driving startup engagements, and developer relations.
Ruthy’s over 25 years of executive experience includes Software, Health-Tech, Medical Devices, Telecommunication, and Venture Capital Industries. As a Computer Science Engineer she worked in Software & Firmware engineering, product management, and business development roles. Following her passion for Healthcare, she worked in several 
Medical Device & Digital Health startups, and as an Entrepreneur in Residence in a VC. 
Ruthy holds a BSc in Computer Science, MSc in Mechanical Engineering & Brain Studies, and an MBA, all cum laude, from the Technion, Israel. Ruthy lives with her family in Israel, loves yoga, hiking, running, and traveling.

​​Dr. Gal Noyman Veksler BIO:

Dr. Gal Noyman Veksler is a partner at the Israeli-American digital health fund, LionBird. Gal leads the investment strategy in pharma technologies and technologies for mental and behavioral health and heads the fund’s expert rings network. She holds a PhD in Neuropsychology and Clinical Psychology with a focus on chronic pain, and previously served as Vice President of Business Development at a global AI consultancy, where she developed the healthcare sector. Dr. Noyman Veksler is a former entrepreneur and CEO, behavioral researcher, and a member of the Kauffman Fellowship for promoting leadership in venture capital. Additionally, she is passionate about supporting female founders and one of the founders and leaders of the "Wartime CEO" initiative, established to support startups in the aftermath of the war, in collaboration with other organizations and funds.

​​Chen Linchevski BIO:

Chen Linchevski is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in the high-tech industry, spanning telecom, big data, analytics, industrial AI, and more.

He is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Iron Nation, overseeing a deal flow of over 860 startups through selection and due diligence. Notable investments include  Nurami, UltraSight, Vortex, Pulsar, Cordio and Precise Bio.

Previously, Chen was the CEO and Co-Founder of Precognize, a VC-backed Israeli startup in AI analytics, acquired by SAMSON AG. As a Tech Pioneer at the Davos World Economic Forum, he proudly represented Precognize on the global stage.

Chen also co-founded Calyx Venture Studio, focusing on early-stage ventures in climate and sustainability, and served as a startup mentor.

Earlier in his career, he worked as a corporate lawyer specializing in Israel's high-tech sector and M&A activities. He began his journey in an elite special forces unit of the IDF.

Talor Sax is the founder and managing partner of eHealth Ventures. As part of his role, he raised two funds from investors from all over the world. Talor is also a founder and chairman of Club-D, an investor club established in collaboration between eHealth Ventures and the Israel Medical Association (IMA) with the aim of promoting innovation and investments in medical startups in Israel. For the past 8 years, Talor has managed eHealth Ventures and was responsible for leading investments in approximately 40 technology companies.​

She is an experienced and accomplished senior executive in the Medtech industry. She plays a significant role in leading several portfolio companies, serving either as Chairperson or as an active board member and being pivotal in companies’ exits.  She is heavily involved in the Israeli Eco-System, taking an active part as a board advisor to Israeli Society for HealthTech as well as to other life science conferences and innovative initiatives, aiming  to strengthen the link between industry and medicine.
